Salvatore Cucco was born in Gravina on the 25th April, 1960
His biggest dream came true in 1993 when he opened a restaurant in the town center of Gravina called "Osteria Cucco"; few and intimate tables in a place that became one of the most prestigious in the area in just few years.
Salvatore Cucco's cuisine included typical local dishes.
His commitment and dedication to work gave him with great success, both nationally and internationally.
Over the years, many famous people, such as Massimo D'Alema, Renzo Arbore, Gianfranco Vissani and many others had the pleasure and fortune to taste the dishes prepared by the Master Salvatore Cucco.
